How Trackting Bike Works

    Trackting BIKE is a smart system that connects a GPS tracker to a mobile app, ensuring you have control over your bike at all times. It consists of two elements:

    • The GPS tracker
    • The mobile app

    The tracker is quick and easy to attach to your bike: you can secure it under the bottle cage (BIKE T7 or T8) or inside the fork steerer (BIKE T9), protecting it from forced removal.

  • Features

    The TRACKTING App, available for free for Android and iPhone, allows you to select two modes:

    • Active Protection (closed padlock)
    • Protection Deactivated (open padlock)

    In Deactivated Protection mode, when the bike is in motion, BIKE understands that the owner is nearby or riding it.

    In Active Protection mode, the device monitors the bike and reacts to any attempt of theft or tampering, thanks to the integrated digital vibration sensor.

    In case of theft, BIKE notifies the owner with a phone call and updates the position on the map every 30 seconds. In the event that the thief enters an indoor location (e.g. a garage), BIKE will send the position near the entrance.

    The App allows you to associate and control several bikes simultaneously, each equipped with its own device.

    The service includes: unlimited international connectivity (see full list of covered countries HERE), online customer support, firmware and App updates.

    • TRACKTING BIKE WITHOUT A SUBSCRIPTION
      There are no subscription costs for the integrated SIM.
    • TRACKTING BIKE WITH A SUBSCRIPTION
      A subscription costs €29 per year. You always get 30 days of free subscription upon first activation.

  • Recommendations

    Trackting Bike devices are IP54 rated, meaning they are resistant to water splashes but not to immersion and/or pressurized jets.

    Therefore:

    • Always use the supplied rubber caps and ensure they are fully inserted
    • Avoid using water jets (hose or pressure washer)
