Activate Trackting Bike

Welcome! Activating Trackting BIKE is very simple: follow this quick guide

  • 01

    Install the "TRACKTING" App

    Register and follow the instructions on the App.

    Activate Device

    Connect the device to a charger using the supplied USB-C cable.

    The LED will start flashing red. Wait until it turns solid green: charging complete.

  • 03

    Pair the tracker

    Open the App, click on Add Device (the + button at the top), authorise the App to use the camera, and scan the QR Code on the card inside the package.

    Install the device on your bike

    Follow these simple steps

    Test the Alarm

    You must perform this test outdoors with a clear view of the sky.

    • Activate the Protection from the app using the dedicated switch. To activate/deactivate protection, you must be near the bike.
    • Shake the Bike for 5-10 seconds.
    • You will receive the alarm notification and call within 30 seconds.

    NOTE:

    For this first test only, the times might be longer as the device is initializing.

    • Try to escape with the bike: you will see the position and direction update on the map every 30 seconds.

  • Verify your phone number and save the Alarm numbers

    Make sure you have registered your mobile number on the App and save the following numbers in your phonebook as "Trackting Alarm":

    Set your phone so that "Trackting Alarm" can reach you even in silent or "Do Not Disturb" mode.

    When you receive an alarm call, you must never answer (you must reject the call) because:

    • This way, your monthly call allowance will not be reduced (otherwise, it's a maximum of 10 calls).
    • It is an automated system, not an operator, and its sole purpose is to notify you in case of an alarm.

    If you answer or have voicemail active, the call will be deducted from your 10 monthly available calls.
    Notifications, however, remain unlimited.

  • Recommendations

    Trackting Bike devices are IP54 rated, meaning they are resistant to water splashes but not to immersion and/or pressurized jets.

    Therefore:

    • Always use the supplied rubber caps and ensure they are fully inserted
    • Avoid using water jets (hose or pressure washer)
