Reseller Sales Conditions

Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale
1.1 The supply is subject to the buyer's acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale indicated in Trackting S.r.l.'s "Reseller Price List".
1.2 The buyer undertakes to send this acceptance form, signed by the legal representative, to Trackting S.r.l. within 7 days of receipt, in hard copy, to Trackting S.r.l. – Via Borgognina 5 – 61030 Cartoceto (PU).
1.3 Acceptance constitutes an express waiver by the buyer of its own purchase conditions. The general terms and conditions of sale supersede and replace any verbal agreements or pre-existing commitments of the company's officers or representatives. Any deviations from these conditions must be made in writing.

2. Price list changes
2.1 Trackting s.r.l. reserves the unquestionable right to modify the terms of sale and the price list at any time, cancelling those currently in force.
2.2 Orders sent by the buyer will be understood as an irrevocable purchase proposal and shall be considered accepted by Trackting S.r.l. only following order confirmation or the processing of the order itself.

3. Acceptance
3.1 The buyer declares to have read Trackting S.r.l.'s "Reseller Price List" and to accept the conditions indicated in the paragraphs "MSRP Price Policy", "How to Order", "Payment Methods", "Warranty" and "Technical Support".

4. Authorization for the publication of company and contact details.
4.1 The buyer expressly authorizes Trackting S.r.l. to publish its company and contact details on Trackting S.r.l.'s website in the Resellers section.
